Outcome: A deployed education platform combining video, screen sharing, chat, third-party authentication, and marketplace payment flows.

From first requirements to the running product

I owned the lifecycle from requirements analysis and UX prototypes through application design, frontend and backend implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

The product combined WebRTC video calls, screen sharing, and real-time chat with Google and Facebook authentication. Stripe Connect onboarded service providers, while Payment Intents handled customer payments. Cloud media storage, transactional email, and responsive custom interfaces completed the operating path.

The useful proof is the breadth of responsibility: product decisions, UX, APIs, real-time behavior, payments, deployment, and ongoing maintenance stayed connected rather than being treated as unrelated handoffs.

Boundary

The private product and users remain unnamed. This snapshot records delivered scope; it does not claim adoption, revenue, or marketplace growth.
